Hi, it's Jonathan I been in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years, and have also earned numerous certifications in Nutrition and Strength & Conditioning. I studied Traumatic Events and Mental Health for the last 5 years whilst working within the UK Special Forces. My research interests include injury prevention, cardiovascular health, and the relationship between sleep and metabolism.
